Delete your account
You can delete your iTAXI or iTAXI PRO account whenever you like, from the app or by contacting us.
From the app
- 1Open the menu of the iTAXI or iTAXI PRO app.
- 2Tap “My profile”.
- 3At the bottom, tap “Delete my account”.
- 4Confirm. You are signed out at once.
Without the app
Call us, or write to us from your e-mail address, with the account’s phone number.

What is erased, what is kept
We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Passenger account (iTAXI)
Erased
- Your name, e-mail and photo
- Your saved places (home, work…)
- Your messages with drivers
- The addresses of your past rides
Kept
- The price and date of your past rides, without your name, for the accounts
- Any balance left is lost: get it back first by contacting support
Driver account (iTAXI PRO)
Erased
- Your profile photo
- Your access to the app on all your phones
Kept
- Your payments and fees, 10 years, as the law requires
- Your sign-up file, under our privacy policy
