How fast is my balance credited?
As soon as SATIM confirms the payment, usually within seconds. The amount shows in your app.
How much can I top up?
From 200 DA to 50,000 DA per top-up.
I was charged but my balance didn’t change.
Keep your receipt reference (WLT-…) and contact us. Every payment is credited once; if it can’t be, it is refunded.
